About this Event

The Art of Connection: Community Building Skills Training, is a signature training of Community Building International.

CBST offers refined understanding of communication and connection methods, as well as the opportunity for inner transformation.

Edward Groody is a leading Community Building thought leader, author, and teacher. He is founder, CEO and Senior Trainer, of Community Building International (CBI).

Edward Groody is also President of Ed Groody & Associates, Inc. an organizational consulting firm specializing in helping organizations change in a way that honors and engages people.

Edward leads Community Building, mindfulness and contemplative retreats for business, academic and religious organizations. He is one of a handful of individuals that was trained, mentored by and worked directly with Dr. Scott Peck, renowned bestselling author of The Road Less Traveled and The Different Drum, and developer of the original Community Building (CB) process. Edward is committed to preserving and protecting the integrity of Dr. Peck’s work while also offering new CB formats to meet today’s many urgent challenges.
