Join us for The Art of Boundary Setting workshop on February 23rd from 10 AM to 12 PM, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with local ICF-certified coach, Alexandra Pflaumer, to explore the empowering practice of setting boundaries for your personal well-being.This workshop is designed for individuals looking to build self-awareness and develop skills in effective communication, enabling you to navigate relationships with confidence and clarity. By embracing boundary setting, you'll learn how to prioritize your needs, say "no" when necessary, and cultivate healthier connections with others. Through guided exercises and group discussions, participants will gain the tools to identify their own boundaries, communicate them with grace, and start the new year with a commitment to self-care.
As we embark on a new year, this is the perfect time to focus on breaking free from people-pleasing habits and fostering self-growth. Setting healthy boundaries allows you to reclaim your energy and time, enhancing your emotional resilience and well-being. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages— bring a friend and leave with a renewed sense of personal empowerment as you step into 2025!
Each participant will receive their choice of a hand-stamped 'No Necklace' as a physical reminder that it's okay to set boundaries. Please choose either a silver plated necklace with aluminum charm OR a gold plated necklace with brass charm when you are completing your checkout process.
This workshop is capped at 12 people (6 person class minimum). Snacks and beverages (wine/beer) are permitted.
