Join us for a gentle, grounding session designed to help you feel more at ease when the world feels far from okay. We begin with a heart‑opening cacao ceremony to support intention‑setting, followed by an accessible exploration of radical acceptance—learning how to soften inner resistance, understand what’s within your control, ease worry, and meet difficult emotions with compassion. Drawing on practical psychology and Buddhist wisdom, you’ll discover simple tools to calm the “monkey mind,” settle into the present moment, and release the craving for certainty. Then, through a soothing guided meditation, supported by Reiki healing you’ll be invited to scan your body for areas of tension or unease before sending feelings of peace to the places in your life—and the world—that most need it.
You’ll then move into a creative collaging exercise using natural materials and imagery to fill a cut‑out outline of a country of your choice with symbols of peace inspired by your meditation experience.
These personalised peace collages will then be woven into a closing Metta (loving‑kindness) meditation enhanced by Reiki healing, where we extend compassion, love, and goodwill to ourselves, others, and the whole world.
You may arrive feeling burdened, but you’ll leave knowing that your loving intentions and your commitment to peace are powerful — and that they can gently support people, wildlife, and circumstances you cannot change.
