Mission
We reject the idea that wellness and art live in separate rooms.
The Art of Being is a monthly gathering rooted in one simple belief:
We are not well unless we are creative.
This series intentionally places the body inside the gallery — not as spectacle, but as participant. We move among the work of living artists. We breathe in spaces where imagination has already taken form. We listen to creators speak about process, labor, doubt, and devotion.
This is not yoga as escape.
This is embodiment as engagement.
In a culture that isolates disciplines and commodifies creativity, we are building a small but steady counterpoint — one that supports the artists who shape our city and the bodies that carry it.
