Join teaching artist Amber Gregory, E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Trainer and YACEP as she guides students through a Kapha Clearing workshop to clear the accumulation of winter residue and energize the body and mind through breath and movement. This holistic health event will combine education/discussion with movement suitable for all practice levels. Whether you are new to Ayurveda or a seasoned practitioner, you will enter the season of Spring feeling balanced, energized and abundant with tools to fill you up and nourish yourself.
Please bring a journal and water, wear comfortable clothing and share any food sensitivities prior to the event. Ayurvedic snacks and tea will be provided as well as a take home sample for attendees.
