3. The Art of Tequila Making
- Dive into the production process:
- Ingredients: Weber Blue Agave and water from Navichi Springs.
- Cooking: 8 hours low-pressure autoclave, 8 hours resting.
- Extraction: Roller mill.
- Open-air fermentation.
- Distillation: Two times in stainless steel stills with copper coils.
- Discuss the importance of being "Verified Additive Free" by Tequila Matchmaker.
