Workshop Structure
I. Classical Ballet Technique & Conditioning for Allegro
Through a detailed barre warm-up, center practice, and across-the-floor progressions, dancers will strengthen the fundamentals essential for powerful, elegant, and controlled jumps. The focus will be on alignment, turnout, placement, coordination, arm and back engagement, strength, and musical precision. Participants will receive personalized corrections and insights to enhance their stability, speed, and elevation.

II. Allegro Based on Classical Ballet Variations
(Giselle, Don Quixote, Esmeralda, Laurencia, and others)
Building upon the technique developed earlier, the second part of the workshop will center on mastering small, medium, and large jumps — petit, medium, and grand allegro — through combinations inspired by a selection of classical ballet variations. Participants will explore diverse themes and styles while breaking down key steps, arm lines, head positions, and stylistic nuances. Miruna will provide technical tips and performance guidance to help each dancer achieve a refined, expressive stage presence.

III. Beyond the Barre: The Influence of Ballet in Everyday Life
To conclude this enriching workshop, our guest instructor and participants will engage in an open and inspiring conversation about the profound ways ballet extends beyond the studio and into daily life. Together, they will reflect on how ballet shapes one’s sense of time, posture, confidence, problem-solving, and perseverance — and how its principles of rhythm, discipline, balance, and grace quietly influence the way we move through the world.
This closing dialogue will also invite participants to share personal experiences and insights, discovering how ballet continues to shape their mindset, habits, and identity. Through this heartfelt exchange, they will explore new ways to apply the timeless values of ballet — harmony, discipline, and self-expression — in their everyday lives.
In this final moment of mutual inspiration, the passion for dance becomes more than movement: it transforms into a language of the soul, a bridge between art and life, and a celebration of the beauty we carry within.
