Understand what is meant by meditation as a process and being meditative in life. The samadhi one achieves in seated meditation with eyes closed is jada samadhi but what we all want to stabilise is being meditative in life; in situations in work in family - if one can achieve a state of samadhi with open eyes while walking moving talking working under various situations then that spiritual awakening is what one and every one requires in today's Kali Yuga!

So we are not meditators or seekers we are observers we are listeners we are just mediums - and in this sort of state of being internalisation occurs. We do try to explore different types of meditations that are processes; there are technicalities involved. Why load up the mind & memory with additional ideas? Meditation is to empty the ideas and ideations arising from the smaller mind and unlocking the access to the universal mind. Of course certain process will have to be done in the beginning but a process that is free from technicalities would be a better choice for you and me - for the sangha - all of us and so we have to move on to more refined ways of understanding the mind & its mechanism.
