Join us to boost your own feeling of joy and increase the power of meditation in the world. The seeds of fear and negativity are being sown everywhere and have the power to negatively impact us in many ways. The world is indeed going through a period of great transformation, and to cope with this change, people need internal joy and meditation as driving forces in their lives and not fear nor negativity.
About speakers:
Andrew Cannon is co-founder of the Art and Science of Joy and EQJOY Co. The Year of Joy project kicking off in January 2023 is one way this mission is being fulfilled. Andrew is also creator of the EQJOY card game, a tool to help children develop their emotional intelligence through the power play. He has spent his career building a deep understanding of people’s values, attitudes and behavior in order to help business people make better decisions.
Gitte Huldén is the National Coordinator of Brahma Kumaris in Finland and she has practiced meditation for more than 20 years. She is giving spiritual lectures, guiding meditations and Raja Yoga meditation courses in Finnish and in English. She has a background in business and marketing. In the spiritual path she is valuing kindness and happiness which creates an atmosphere of easy learning for everyone.
