The Argentine Kitchen: A Fall Harvest Menu

For ages 21 & up

Enjoy a taste of Argentina in this menu that shines a light on fall fruits and vegetables. As they show you how to make each recipe from a famous Patagonian chef, our instructors will not only explain the techniques but reveal how to create layers of flavor in each dish. The menu will be paired with wines from Argentina. 

For Ages 21 & up. A glass of Argentine wine will be paired with your meal.

• Butternut Squash Soup with Garlic & White Wine

• Pork Tenderloin with Burnt Brown Sugar, Orange Confit & Thyme

• Patagonian Potato Galette

• Pears with Malbec, Cream & Berries

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
