Come be social and network at The Shed.

We humans are social creatures by nature. Getting together in a supportive, social environment is good for our health. It is often the quickest way to de-stress, relax and be happy.

Often, business networking can seem intimidating, especially to those not keen on large groups of people. Being social, in a small group, can be less scary and lead to some amazing supportive and beneficial relationships with new people.

There will be:

• A warm friendly welcome
• A chilled relaxed atmosphere
• Tea, coffee, nibbles (normally enough for a decent breakfast!)
• A variety of people you may or may not have met before

There won't be:

• Any workouts
• Any sales pitch
• Any pressure
