About this Event

Join us in The Upper Gallery for a talk hosted by the LCC Library.

The Anthropocene Unearthed, is a work made this year and newly acquired by the Special Collections of LCC Library. The artist Sherya Tawade will discuss the urgent environmental issues that inform the work and its innovative making process. Central to the narrative of the work is the unconventional framing of single-use plastics as prospective fossils of our generation.
