"Global Perspectives on Resilience and Inclusion: Navigating Mental Health, Newcomer Experiences, Homelessness, and Immigration"

This theme captures the multidimensional challenges and opportunities at the crossroads of mental health, newcomers/refugees, homelessness, and immigration. It emphasizes the importance of fostering resilience, promoting inclusivity, and exploring innovative strategies to address the complex issues faced by individuals and communities in these intersecting domains.

Each component of the theme contributes to the overall message:

• Global Perspectives: Highlighting the international nature of the conference and the need to bring together diverse viewpoints, experiences, and approaches from around the world.

• Resilience: Emphasizing the strength and adaptability of individuals and communities facing adversity, underscoring the importance of building coping mechanisms and support systems.

• Inclusion: Reflecting the significance of creating welcoming and supportive environments that respect the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of their background.

• Navigating: Acknowledging the complexities of navigating the intersecting challenges of mental health, newcomer experiences, homelessness, and immigration, and the need for multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Mental Health: Focusing on the psychological well-being of individuals within the context of the broader challenges they face due to migration, homelessness, or displacement.
