About this Event
This creative workshop invites participants to explore their authentic selves through the powerful combination of visual art and positive affirmations. Using magazines, photos, words, and artistic materials, participants will create a personal "I AM" collage that celebrates their unique qualities, dreams, and inner strength.
Workshop Overview
Reflection Exercise - Using guided prompts, participants write about their strengths, values, accomplishments, and dreams. Questions include "What would your best friend say about you?" and "What activities make you feel most alive?" This foundation work helps generate authentic content for the collage.
Creating the Collage - Participants arrange and glue their selected materials onto poster board, creating a visual representation of their "I AM" statements. The facilitator circulates to offer encouragement and help participants dig deeper when they get stuck. Soft background music creates a contemplative atmosphere.

Materials Provided
All supplies included: poster boards, magazines, scissors, glue sticks, markers, colored pencils, stickers, decorative elements, and inspiration cards.
