Come play with clay and learn how to build large coil pots with us!This series will include 3 weeks of in class learning while we teach you the art of rolling coils, and using them to construct a large coil pot. We will guide you in creating beautiful shapes for your vessel along with techniques to smooth and seal your pot.
Class includes:
- 3 weeks of in person learning, meeting every Monday evening from 5-7pm
- Additional day of open studio to come work on your project during the first 2 weeks of class
- Open studio time to come glaze your pot after bisque firing (generally 2-3 weeks after completion, to allow time to dry before bisque firing)
- Clay, glaze, tools, instruction and firings included with the class.
