Join Angie for an educational, strength-based yoga workshop focused on building a deeper understanding of the biceps muscle and how to train it effectively.In this class, you’ll learn the foundational anatomy of the biceps, how to properly activate it using both bodyweight and resistance-based movements, and how to avoid common compensations that can lead to inefficiency or injury.
This workshop emphasizes progressive overload and smart strength-building strategies to help you develop strength safely and sustainably. You’ll also receive a take-home handout with the exercises covered so you can confidently continue your progress beyond class.
Angie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive training in kinesiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. She currently works in outpatient orthopedics and holds an Advanced Proficiency in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association.
