About this Event
Whether your business is trying to grow, innovate, export, or diversify, the skills shortage is a challenge for everyone. The Alternative is an easy, cost-effective and time efficient way to reach awesome young talent right here in Adelaide.
How the Graduate program works:
Over 18-months, a pool of graduates will be connected with three paid industry placements, spending six months at each business.
Businesses pay a nominal joining fee, and the salary of the graduate. The Alternative will take care of the rest!
