🕯️ 60 Minutes of Deep Restoration & Energy Healing 🕯️
Join us for a soul-soothing journey where sound and energy align to support your body, mind, and spirit. During this 60-minute session, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls while gentle Reiki energy flows to support deep relaxation and energetic balance. The journey will include 45 minutes of Reiki/Sound Healing and 15 minutes of integration/open discussion (if you want).

About your Facilitators:
Jade Mastriano and Sam Mahon are both energy practitioners and sound healers. Jade is also a local artisan and Sam is a licensed psychotherapist.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned energy explorer, this is a beautiful way to reset, realign, and reconnect.
