The Alchemist's Hollow: Women's Circle

A journey through the alchemy of the self.

In this Alchemist’s Hollow gathering, we explore shadow work through the three alchemical phases of transformation:

Darkening, Illumination, and Integration.

Alchemy, rooted in ancient philosophical and spiritual traditions, was never only about turning lead into gold.

Historically, it symbolized an inner process of transformation — the refinement of the human soul through confronting darkness, gaining insight, and integrating wisdom into lived experience. This gathering draws from that lineage, approaching alchemy as a map for psychological and embodied change.

Ritual & Ceremony

Throughout the evening, Elise and I will weave ritual and ceremony to gently guide the collective journey. Each phase of the circle is intentionally held, creating a grounded container where participants can slow down, feel supported, and move through the alchemical process together.

Guided Meditation

Meditation and embodied grounding practices will invite participants inward, helping quiet the external world and deepen connection to sensation, emotion, and inner awareness. These moments of stillness open the space for honest self-encounter and presence.

Reflection & Journaling with Live Music

Elise will guide reflective and journaling practices accompanied by live music, offering a space where insight can unfold naturally through sound, creativity, and personal expression. Music becomes part of the ritual itself — supporting contemplation, integration, and emotional resonance.

Through ritual, meditation, shared circle, reflection, and music, participants are invited into a gentle yet powerful process of meeting what lives beneath the surface of identity. Shadow is approached not as something to overcome, but as a source of wisdom, compassion, and wholeness.

This is an evening devoted to slowing down, listening inward, and remembering ourselves in the presence of others — allowing transformation to emerge naturally through awareness and connection.
