PREREQUISITE FOR KUNDALINI DANCE CERTIFICATION

For those wanting to pursue the professional path of Level 1 Certification of Kundalini Dance, this Retreat is the essential first step of the Full Certification Training.

Surrounded by the Salish Sea between Vancouver Island on BC’s Lower Mainland, sits the vibrant rural community of Salt Spring Island. Located on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish people, Salt Spring has always been a place of refuge, restoration, adventure and creativity and is known for its beautiful scenery, long history in agriculture, the artisan community, emphasis on health and wellness, and environmental sustainability. The island is a vibrant rural community and a paradise for artists, healers, and creatives looking to rejuvenate and find their inspiration.

Neptune Farm is a sanctuary and gathering space held by an intentional community of 12 people, including 2 children and 3 cats, connected by our love of music, dance, singing and tending to the land.

With bountiful and mature orchards, a swimming pond, extensive gardens, and our beautiful temple, it is a paradise that connects people closer to nature. People often say that they feel so at home here and they leave feeling rejuvenated, rested and reconnected. The land guides, informs and co-create magic with all who arrive. It is also a short drive away from the ocean for a daily ocean dip!

Although we have 7 full days together in immersion, we have 2 half days for arrival and departure.

Arrival at the retreat centre is between 3:30 – 5pm on Friday July 3, 2026

Departure is between 9:30am – 1:00pm on Saturday July 11, 2026

*If you wish to arrive to Salt Spring Island early please find accommodation on the Island, or inquire with Lila for Neptune Farm options if you wish to stay a day or two afterwards to integrate. Please note you will need to take a taxi into town to get groceries or to eat off site.

Our incredible retreat chef is a ceremonialist who cooks nourishing, alive meals as medicine and knows the power of presence, integration, and our alchemical journey. All vegetarian or vegan meals are whole-food, plant-forward and nutrient dense. She infuses love and intention into each chakra inspired meal that nourishes our body, mind, and chakra embodiment. She sources high quality ingredients and organic and local whenever possible. Gluten and/or refined sugar-free is no problem. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements or allergies.

Each day we eat together in sisterhood and you receive 3 meals

We will also have Dinner on arrival day July 3rd, and Breakfast departure day July 11th.

All accommodation includes access to 2 outdoor washrooms and sink area, and 2 incredible outdoor hot-cold showers that are always a highlight for participants during the summer! The shared room in the Main House has special access to the main house washroom + shower as well.

There is access to wifi inside our indoor tea sanctuary and cozy yoga space.

This 9 day immersion can be taken alone as a retreat to immerse yourself in the alchemical embodiment, OR can be taken as part of our Kundalini Dance Level 1 Facilitator Training.

• In Person 9 Day Alchemical Woman Immersion Retreat on Salt Spring Island (July 3 – 11, 2026)
• Online Mentorship & Supervision – 5 Months with Lila & Martine (Aug 1 – Dec 18, 2026)
• Practicum – you lead a 9 week series in-person for your community (Sept – Nov, 2026)*** Please fill out the Application if you would like to dance this professional path of Level 1 Training with Lila and Martine. The Alchemical Woman Retreat is a prerequisite for training.
