The Aladdin Wallbreaking

Be part of history as we celebrate the Wallbreaking Ceremony of the Aladdin Hotel—a unique revitalization project that honors the legacy of one of Kansas City's most iconic landmarks.

Built in 1925 and famously known as the "Hotel with Personality," the Aladdin Hotel has been a symbol of hospitality and charm for nearly a century. Now, thanks to a collaborative effort, this historic gem is being transformed into lavish apartments with:

122 elegant units
12,000 sq. ft. of amenity space
A craft cocktail bar, brought to you by the acclaimed team behind Mercury Room, Bar Medici, Monarch Bar, and Verdigris.

This project is led by Molzer Development, Free Heel Capital, and Cardinal Crest, in partnership with Haren Companies, PortKC, Kali Buchanan Interior Design(KBID), Emprise Bank, Pluribus, and Lankford Fendler + Associates. Together, we are breathing new life into this historic treasure.

Parking:

Available on 14th St. and Wyandotte

There will be 40 FREE parking spaces on the north lot of 14th and Baltimore. Or other paid parking at the lot directly south. Aladdin is just up the street. See attached image for details.

Please arrive early and plan for the parking as downtown is seeing a lot of growth & with growth comes construction!

The site is an active construction zone. Closed-toed shoes are required for your safety.

Bathrooms: There are no current restrooms inside the Aladdin outside a portable restroom, but there will be access to restrooms in nearby buildings.
