Omar Perkins is one of the Midwest's leading voices on human-centered AI adoption. As the founder of The Perkins Institute, he developed the "3 Pillars of Positive AI" , a framework used by executives, organizations, and entrepreneurs to implement AI in ways that are ethical, effective, and built around people.
With over 20 years of experience spanning public and private sectors, dual Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and an IBM AI Engineering certification, Omar brings a rare combination of technical expertise and deep human understanding to every room he enters.
