About this Event
Ageless Man is a free 8-session programme for men who smoke and are ready for something to change — even if you’re not sure where to start.
Join a small group of men for shared food, fire pit sessions, honest conversations, and time outdoors — including a kayaking trip on the River Dart and a night in ancient woodland.
This isn’t about pressure or being told what to do. It’s about understanding your habits, connecting with other men in the same place, and finding a way forward that actually works for you.

- Sat 13th June All Day Wellbeing in Nature Experience in Caradon Wood (lunch included/lift share)
- Weds 17th June 18:30-21:00 Pizza making/sharing, fire circle plus health & wellbeing session (Totnes)
- Weds 24th June 18:30-21:00 Pizza making/sharing, fire circle plus health & wellbeing session (Totnes)
- Weds 01st July 18:30-21:00 Pizza making/sharing, fire circle plus health & wellbeing session (Totnes)
- Weds 08th July18:30-22:00 A Canoe Adventure on the River Dart (Stoke Gabriel: liftshare/dinner included)
- Sat 16- Sun 17 July Overnight Wild-glamping experience in Caradon Woods (All food included/lift share)
