Our next CareerBuild fundraiser is a Cocktail Masterclass and Food Pairing Event and it is going to be our most sophisticated and complex experience yet.
We are bringing together two absolute masters of their craft. First, we have Lucinda Zinyemba, international drinks Judge and multi-award-winning Luxury Mixologist SADC.
She is partnering with the brilliant Chef Blessing—formerly of the iconic Mootee Bar and now a world-class chef on international cruise ships—to prepare a final menu through intense flavour mapping. They are actually inventing entirely new flavour combinations for the syrups, specifically for this one event.
This isn’t just a pairing; it’s a full Masterclass. 🎓
You’ll be provided with all the professional equipment you need to craft your own cocktails under Lucinda’s expert guidance. It is a once-off opportunity to learn the art of mixology while enjoying a curated pairing menu designed by Chef Blessing.
