About this Event
The Adulting Club: Neurodivergent Workshop Adelaide
The Adulting Club is a 2-hour in-person workshop for neurodivergent adults in Adelaide, a space built with your brain in mind.
If you're autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, you'll know that a lot of everyday adulting systems weren't designed for how your brain works. The gap between knowing what needs doing and actually getting it done can feel enormous, and that's not a personal failing. It's just a mismatch.
The Adulting Club is about closing that gap, together.
What happens on the night?
Victoria-Rose (educator, neurodivergent advocate, and founder of The Adulting Club) facilitates each session with a focus on education, practical tools, empowering mindset shifts, and honest conversation, so you leave with strategies that actually fit your life.
- We explore real adulting topics: finances, life admin, self-advocacy, relationships, confidence, and daily living
- Sessions are conversation-based and educational, not lecture-style
- Small group (max 15 people) so everyone has space to contribute
- No judgment. No masking required.
Bring your to-do list, your laptop, or a notebook and pen. We'll be getting some of that too-hard basket done.
