Despite the name, this isn't a public café - we meet in a quiet counselling room set up for comfort, with tea, coffee and treats provided.

• Relaxed chat and connection
• Short ADHD or wellbeing tip to start
• Games, conversation prompts & fidget tools available if you'd like them
• Small social group (4 - 10 people)
