Doors open at 5.30pm for a prompt 6pm start.
Created in 2018 to promote female excellence in film direction, 225 Film Club screens excellent current narrative and documentary short film work by female and non binary filmmakers, introduces directors and producers and supports women in film.
This year's programme features films by Tara Aghdashloo, Alina Bichieva, Sophia Carr-Gomm, Mylissa Fitzsimmons, Hsieh Meng Han, Ruth Hunduma, Jen Lim, Olivia Jane Middleton, Stephanie Paris, Tortor Smith, Lyna Tadount and Sofian Chouaib, Naomi Waring, Catherine Joy White, Letitia Wright, Naomi Wright, Joanna Vymeris, Simin Zeng.

Our BEST SHORT FILM UK and BEST SHORT FILM INTERNATIONAL award winners will be chosen by an exceptional industry jury.
Returning this year is our AUDIENCE AWARD, exclusively chosen by you the auidence in the room on the night. Details of how to cast your vote will be shared at the festival screening.
A phorographer will be taking photographs in the cinema during the introduction and intervals.
