THE SHELLY REUNION IS BACK! 🌳After a long hiatus, it’s time to gather the clan! We’re bringing the 72nd John R. Shelly Reunion into the 21st century with a mix of our favorite traditions and some brand-new ways to connect. Whether you're a regular or haven't been in decades, we want YOU there to help us relaunch this wonderful event.
📍 WHERE: Souderton Community Park (Wile Ave & Reliance Rd) - The Souderton Park has been renovated and updated with new playground equipment, a sculpture garden, a basketball court and more!
📅 WHEN: Sunday, June 14, 2026 ⏰ TIME: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Reunion) | 7:00 PM (Concert Sundaes)
✨ WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR?
We’re adding some "high-tech" and "high-energy" fun to the mix:
🏆 The "Shelly Cup" Tournament: Friendly competition for all ages! We’ll have Cornhole, Spikeball, and special games for the kids. 📱 Interactive Family Trivia: Bring your smartphones! We’ll be running a live digital trivia game to see who really knows the family history. 🖼️ Digital Photo Hub & Slideshow: Scan the QR codes at the pavilion to instantly upload your photos from the day (or old favorites) to our live digital slideshow! 🎨 The Shelly Showcase: Are you a maker, artist, or business owner? Bring an item or a flyer to our "Showcase Table" so we can celebrate your talents. 🎥 The Advice Booth: We’re filming quick "wisdom clips." Our eldest members can share advice for the youth, and the kids can tell us their dreams for the future.
🍱 THE TRADITIONS WE LOVE
Potluck Meal: Please bring a main dish and a side/dessert to share. Please bring your own drink and place setting.
Family News: Visit the records station to share updates on births, deaths, and marriages.
The Big Picture: We’re gathering everyone for a Full-Family Photo at 3:00 PM sharp! 📸
Concert Sundae: Stay for the grand finale at 7:00 PM—live music and ice cream in the park!
