In this class, you will learn about the changes to expect and how to help your body heal during the postpartum period. There are many transitions that will occur in the days and weeks that follow after birth and this class will cover topics such as physical recovery, Cesarean recovery, postpartum mental health and wellness, fitness, and much more.Cost: $40 per class
