Get ready for another unforgettable summer celebration as the 4th Annual Summer Blockfest returns—bigger, louder, and more impactful than ever!
Founded by Victor M. Lopez Jr. and powered by @whathobokensoundslike and @whatjerseycitysoundslike, @Summerblockfest has grown from a grassroots neighborhood gathering into one of Hudson County’s most anticipated cultural events. Over the past three years, the festival has transformed Hoboken’s Southwest neighborhood into a vibrant hub of Hip-Hop, art, and community—earning recognition from local media and the City of Hoboken for its powerful impact and dedication to uplifting local voices.
Building on that legacy, the 2026 festival will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 770 Jackson Street in Hoboken (Rain Date: August 29th). Staying true to its roots—“From the Block, For the Culture”—this year’s event will once again celebrate the essence of Hip-Hop culture while expanding its reach and energy.
