🐣 40 Years of Hopping Fun! 🐣The 40th Annual Easter Egg Hunt is back at Illini Park — and we can’t wait to celebrate this egg-stra special tradition with you!
Join The Friends of Barclay Public Library, Barclay Public Library, and Illini Park District for a morning of springtime fun the whole family will love.
📅 Saturday, March 21, 2026
⏰ Hunt begins at 10:30 AM
📍 Illini Park – 265 S. Main St., Warrensburg, IL
Children will be divided by age group, with each hunt starting immediately after the previous one:
• 0–3 years
• 4–5 years
• 6–8 years
• 9–10 years
🥚 Golden Eggs Alert!
Three “golden egg” winners in each age group will receive a Grand Prize! Inside select eggs will be a special sticker announcing winners of baskets, books, and chocolate bunnies.
📸 Meet the Easter Bunny!
Bring your camera and snap a photo with everyone’s favorite spring guest.
🐐 Twisted H Farm Mobile Petting Farm will be back again this year — sponsored in part by Illini Park District!
A big thank you to Buena Vista National Bank for generously donating candy for this year’s hunt!
This beloved FREE community event has brought families together for 40 years — and we’re so excited to continue the tradition.

👀 Monitoring age groups
🎁 Handing out prizes (golden egg winners!)

🐰 And yes… someone gets to wear the bunny costume!
