Come join us Saturday, February 21st for the 3rd Annual Murphy Cup. This is a 3 Strike pinball sanctioned by the IFPA!Entry is $10; $1 going towards IFPA fees, everything else is being donated to The Canine Collective. The Canine Collective is a private, all breed, no-K*ll, dog rescue. They are a 501(c)3 nonprofit charity, and they depend on the donations and kindness of supporters. Their mission is to provide rescued dogs another chance to find their forever homes. They rescue from high K*ll shelters, hoarding situations, and from families in crisis. Donations can be given directly to The Canine Collective at https://caninecollective.org/donate/ at any time. I and a few of my friends will be accepting donations at the event as well.
Prizes will also be raffled off to help raise $$$ for The Canine Collective. Everyone will get 5 raffle tickets with admission. additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase. (5 tickets for $5, 15 tickets for $10). Prizes will periodically be announce through this event page as we get closer to the event itself. If you ever wanted to feed Murphy treats (who will make a brief appearance), it just may be your lucky day!!! I am open to anyone or any business that would like to donate an item to raffle off; just see me or reach out to me through Facebook Messenger.
3 Strike Format: Players are placed in groups of 3-4 and play on a random machine. The bottom two players (bottom player in three player groups) of each game receive a strike. Players who receive three strikes are eliminated. There will be a special prize pool that will only be available for the top 3 finishers. Top finisher get the 2024 Murphy Cup trophy and 1st pick in the prize pool. 2nd place gets next pick in the prize pool. 3rd place gets the remaining prize in the pool.
Hopefully, the Pinball Voice of Central Ohio, Scott Vieth is scheduled to stream the event for us and beg the viewing masses for donations throughout the event. Be nice to him. He's a good man..........and thorough.
