We all carry the results of past actions in the form of negative karma, which can manifest as obstacles, suffering, and inner turmoil. Buddha taught powerful purification practices that help remove this negativity from the mind, prevent future suffering, and clear the path toward lasting peace and spiritual progress. In this special workshop, we will explore The Mahayana Sutra of the Three Superior Heaps, also known as The Bodhisattva’s Confession of Moral Downfalls. During this practice, we visualize the Thirty-five Confession Buddhas and engage in prayers, meditation, and prostrations to purify negative actions.
Through the power of the Buddhas’ blessings and the sincere recitation of their names, even very heavy negativity can be purified quickly and effectively.
Resident Teacher Sarah Frew and long-time practitioner Danilo Conner will guide the sessions, explaining the purpose of the practice and helping participants engage meaningfully in the meditation.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, and the practice can be adapted for all physical abilities.
Everyone is welcome.
