The 34th Annual Great Canadian Song-Along is coming to Greater Vancouver for the very first time!Join hosts Lee Hayes & Lawrence Kirby for a fun, free community concert celebrating local songwriting and live performance.
This isn’t a contest. There are no judges, no fees, and no pressure. Just original songs, shared in a welcoming room full of music lovers and creators.
🎶 How it works:
Participants write a brand-new song inspired by one or more of this year’s themes:
• A suitcase
• Find my way
• Stand behind the …
• You can’t go back, you can only go forward
Then perform it live at the event!
✨ Expect an afternoon of creativity, connection, and stories you’ve never heard before… because they’ve never been sung before.
Important:
Songs must be written without AI assistance, in keeping with the spirit of the Song-Along.
