Life can often be challenging, and maintaining presence through all its storms can sometimes feel like the last thing we want to do—yet it is exactly what we must do if we don’t want to look back on our past with regret.“A man is not born; he forges himself, moment by moment.”
Healthy masculinity is built on our ability to be present in life and handle what comes, exactly when it comes. It is a way of staying focused on life, moment by moment. Masculine presence may be one of the greatest deficiencies in our daily lives—but also one of the greatest needs.
This workshop provides both a theoretical understanding of how to be present and a practical experience of “presence.” You will come away knowing—both mentally and intuitively—how to access and apply it in your everyday life.
Healthy masculinity is one of the most misunderstood yet needed qualities in our modern time. The transition from boyhood to young manhood is not something taught in school, nor by our parents. A man is not born—he forges his masculinity moment by moment, hour by hour, day by day.
But without guidance, we grope in the dark, receiving input mainly from media, films and television. Within yogic and tantric philosophy, masculinity has been explored for thousands of years from a conscious and holistic perspective.
We have developed a workshop based on three fundamental pillars, combining theory and practice so that you can understand, embody, and apply it in your daily life.
