Join us on Good Friday (April 3rd) for the annual NEAHS Easter Bake Sale, currently our largest annual fundraiser for the animals, at the Faith Free Will Baptist Church Family Life Center (1008 E. Highland Drive in Jonesboro, across the road from Blessed Sacrament)! We really need our Village to make or donate items for us to sell. The more we have to sell the more money we raise for the animals in need! We need your cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, scones, breads, jellies/jams, candy, & brownies….gluten-free & sugar-free items are needed as well! We would also love if someone can make homemade dog &/or cat treats. Those are very popular! If you are making items to donate you may bring them to drop off from 4-7pm on Thursday, April 2nd or any time the morning of April 3rd 7am or later. If you own a business that would like to donate items, please let us know by messaging our page or emailing [email protected], & we can arrange a volunteer to pick up from you.
We also need our Village to buy all the amazing items we will have. Shop the bake sale beginning at 7am on April 3rd! There will be lots of yummy things to make your Easter Weekend meals complete!
Hooch will be at the bake sale in his bunny ears on April 3rd from 10:30-1:30 for photo opps ....our wonderful volunteer photographers will be making digital Easter pics for a minimum $10 donation to NEAHS....we will have an Easter-themed background & we’d love for you to bring your human &/or fur children (adults can have pics made too!). Please make sure dogs are leashed when entering & if you bring a cat, please make sure it's in a carrier!
We are taking pre-orders for slabs of ribs ($30 per slab) & pre-orders for Causbie cakes from Kennett, MO (strawberry, coconut & carrot - $45; glazed angel food - $40) for you to pick up at the bake sale from 12-2 on April 3rd. Quantities are limited so place your order soon. Pre-order & pay at www.neahs.org/events. Please note there are two different order forms, so you will have to pay separately. The rib order form is at the top of the page, & the Causbie cake order form is at the bottom. Select the item(s) you want, then quantity, then complete jot form with all required info & click submit. You will get an email confirmation for each order you submit. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email us at neahsfundraiser@gmail. Unless we sell out before: Deadline to order Causbie cakes is March 19th. Deadline to order ribs is March 26th.
All proceeds benefit the many homeless cats, dogs & horses we care for. Thank you in advance for your support & for being an important part of our Village in helping us speak for those who have no voice!
