The Miamisburg Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony on Monday, May 25, 2026, is part of a full morning of remembrance of our local fallen heroes that includes local multiple cemetery services.2026 Event Schedule
8:45 AM: Service at Our Lady of Good Hope Cemetery
9:15 AM: Service at Hillgrove Cemetery
9:40 AM: Service at Highland Cemetery
10:30 AM: Linden Avenue Bridge Ceremony
11:00 AM: Memorial Day Parade steps off from Riverfront Park
Conclusion of Parade: Memorial Day Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park featuring local speakers and live music from the Miamisburg High School Band, Alberta Duncan, Kirk Perkins and Pipe Major Kevin Brown. The Combined Honor Guard will provide a 21-Gun Salute and will be joined by Commander Alan See of the Sons of the American Revolution Richard Montgomery Chapter and his Firelock Rifle.
The Ceremony will followed by a Picnic in the Park and an Open House at the Miamisburg History Center. Miamisburg American Legion Post 165 and the City of Miamisburg often provide free hot dogs, popcorn, and ice cream at the park following the ceremony and the Miamisburg History Center will also be open until 3:00 p.m. serving light refreshments.
Logistics & Attendee Information
Parade Route: The parade typically begins near the Linden Avenue Bridge, moves east on Linden Avenue, turns north on First Street, and then east on Central Avenue (Veterans Way) to end at Veterans Memorial Park.
Street Closures: Expect rolling closures along the route starting around 10:00 AM. Major intersections, including Central Ave and Main St, will likely experience delays during the bridge ceremony and parade.
Parking: Attendees can find public parking in downtown lots near Riverfront Park or utilize street parking outside the restricted parade route.
