Join us this Memorial Day at Anytime Fitness for one of the most meaningful fitness events of the year — The Murph Challenge.
The Murph Challenge honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. What started as one man’s favorite workout has become a nationwide tradition to remember the fallen, challenge ourselves, and come together as a community.
💪 THE WORKOUT
Participants will complete:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
The workout can be modified for all fitness levels, so whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to push yourself for a great cause, everyone is welcome.
❤️ WHY WE’RE DOING IT
This year, the $30 entry fee will benefit KAREfarm — a local nonprofit organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding and life-changing support programs for individuals with special needs and disabilities.
KAREfarm’s mission is built around healing, hope, confidence, and community. Through equine-assisted programs, they create opportunities for children and adults to grow physically, emotionally, and socially in ways that traditional therapy often cannot.
By participating in The Murph Challenge, you’re not only honoring American heroes — you’re directly helping local families right here in Kentucky.
