Philanthropy is not limited to corporations or big donors. We believe everyone can have an impact on education through investing financially, volunteering, or simply exuding a spirit of support for our public schools. We call the support of public education “schoolanthropy.”
The Schoolanthropy Luncheon is the CMS Foundation’s largest fundraising event of the year. We invite you to join us for our 2025 experience.

With student features, educator highlights, and insights from CMS and community leaders, this special experience will bring together “schoolanthropists” from all walks of life to celebrate and support the students and educators in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
