The Holiday Season can pose many challenges for staying active, maintaining a healthy relationship with food, and keeping focused on our long term goals for health and fitness.

- 3x Body Scans (Beginning, Middle, and Ending) to identify healthy metrics for success and track progress
- A one hour nutrition webinar to discuss relationship with food, ways to prepare for holiday dinners and parties, examples of food plans, and more.
- Access to all fitness classes, focusing on healthy movement, strength, and fitness
- A social media group channel to maintain accountability, receive support, and share the experience together
What will class look like?
Great question! Each class is one hour in length and will mix bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, and steel mace movements to strengthen, stabilize, and shape your body. These classes are lead by a passionate instructor that will be there to ensure quality of movement, and motivate you to make the most of your training.

Who's the Coach:
Dude Poole is a passionate and caring coach, with his own incredible fitness journey. His attention to the individual, and their goals allows him to create a genuinely impactful experience with lessons that will last a lifetime.
When:
- Your first BodyScan will be scheduled the weekend of November 15th and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
- The nutrition Webinar will be Saturday November 15th at 11:00am and will be recorded so you can revisit it whenever you need to.
- The first class will be Monday November 17th at 5pm at Endeavor
- Your final body scan will be the weekend of January 10th
- The results can last a lifetime
Where:
Body Scans, Nutrition Seminar, and In-Person trainings will all take place at Endeavor Defense and Fitness (See Address in Event Details).
Nutrition:
