The FIU Alumni Reading is an annual showcase of recent graduates from the multi-genre Master of Fine Arts program at Florida International University and of alums who have recently published their first books. A favorite event of our Writers on the Bay Reading Series and the kick-off event of each academic year, this reading is a harbinger of the literary future, connecting a new generation of poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfictionists with a wider audience for their work.
