Come join us at our 19th Annual Aaron Douglas Art Fair!Our featured artist this year is Yanfei Gao!! Yanfei "Effie" Gao was born and raised in Shanghai, China. She has loved drawing since she was a child. Although her major in college was not art, has taught herself to work in both watercolors and digital media. She now works as a freelance illustrator, based in Topeka.
Her daughter and her two backyard cats inspire her daily.
Yanfei has published “ABC Dinosaurs,” “Roar!!! A Dinosaur Coloring Book,” and “The Odd and Odder Otters.”
