The 13th annual Kansas Book Festival will occur Saturday September 28 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. hosted by the Washburn University Library. The Festival is free and open to the general public both adults and children. Over 50 prominent authors give presentations based on new books in nonfiction fiction and poetry plus picture books and young adult novels. The festival also includes outdoor performances food trucks a children's activity tent and exhibitor tents with publishers and literacy organizations from the Kansas region.
