The 17th Annual Northwest Teaching for Social Justice (NWTSJ) Conference aims to connect, inspire, engage, and empower social justice educators in the Pacific Northwest. This one-day event at Chief Sealth International High School in Seattle will feature a morning keynote address by Kathy Jetn̄il-Kijiner, the world renowned Marshall Islands poet, performer, and educator, two 90-minute workshop sessions, and a closing keynote panel, Teach Palestine, with emcee Jesse Hagopian and panelists Samia Shoman, Suzanna Kassouf, and Alice Rothchild.
