Think of it as a float tank — but instead of water, you're suspended in sound and light. Every second of this 45-minute session draws on research in vibroacoustic therapy, brainwave entrainment, psychoacoustics, and visual/olfactory neuroscience — fields where leading institutions are demonstrating that specific frequencies, light wavelengths, rhythms, colors, and scents can meaningfully shift the body's state.
