EVENT POLICIES & ENTRY RULES -
Gender-Based Ticketing: Tickets are sold by category (Male / Female / Mixed Group / Couple). Entry will only be granted if your group matches the ticket purchased. Attempting to enter on the wrong ticket type will require you to purchase a new ticket at the full on-the-door price — no refunds will be given for your original ticket.
Female Ratio Policy: To maintain a safe, balanced, and welcoming atmosphere, male-heavy groups may be refused entry unless balanced or booked as part of a couple/mixed group ticket. Mixed Groups Encouraged!
Dress Code: No caps, tracksuits, or athletic wear. Dress with intention — if in doubt, overdress.
Age Restriction: 18+ only. Physical photo ID is mandatory for all guests. No ID = no entry (no refunds).
Respect Policy: Aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone causing discomfort will be removed immediately — no refunds.
Last Entry: 12:30am sharp. No exceptions. Arrive early to avoid queues. Strictly NO Re-Entry
Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reselling above face value is prohibited. Management reserves the right to deny entry if ticket details do not match the attendee.
Photography & Videography: Professional photos and videos will be taken throughout the night for promotional use. By entering, you consent to being filmed and photographed.
