Chin Up Cardiff Pumpkin Painting

Please Note: This session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.

The leaves are turning orange and pumpkin spiced lattes are back in Starbucks which can only mean one thing - autumn is officially here! Join us for our next session where we will be painting pumpkins and cute spooky ornaments. We will provide everything you need including the pumpins, paints and decorations. We can’t wait to see what quirky fun designs everyone can come up with! 🎃🍁🍂

Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.

The session will be held in the cozy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Gardens. You can buy teas, or coffees from the bar and tap water will be provided.

It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me linked on our website.

Please be aware that the Chin Up team are female but men my be present at the venue as customers/staff in the cafe. 

There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so.
