This event will take place on June 13 with a $20 entry fee. 30 spots are available to play. The point level will be 675. Rules from the current edition and most recent faq will be used. Players may build their army using any legion from Armies of The Lord of the Rings, Armies of Middle Earth, Armies of the Hobbit, and Legacies of Middle Earth. There are no banned models.
To select scenarios for each round four random scenarios will be presented. Opponents will each secretly select a scenario to veto. If opponents both select the same scenario to veto, that is the scenario they will play. If they select different scenarios, then a dice roll will be used to select from the remaining two scenarios.

Registration: 10am-10:30am
Game 1: 10:30am-12:30pm
Lunch: 12:30pm-1:30pm
Game 2: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Game 3: 3:45pm-5:45pm
Awards: 6pm
Rounds will be two long. Time remaining in the round will be frequently announced and after 120 minutes players will be allowed to finish the round they are on to end the game.
Proxy models are allowed if the base size requirements are met. The proxy must be clear and obvious of what it is a proxy for. Email Tom for questions. [email protected]
It is not required, but strongly encouraged that all models be painted and based. Over 90% of people will adhere to this standard. This is our way of advertising the game to the public. If there is a tie in the final rankings, then a player who has a fully painted and based army will place higher than a player whose army is not fully painted and based.
Placing will be ranked by wins, followed by tournament points, followed by victory points differential, followed by total VP. We will be using the 3/1/0 scoring system. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, no points for a loss.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and best painted. Store credit as prize support will also be awarded to those on the podium as well as the best painted army. There will be a trivia round with small prizes after lunch.
