MC Ashley Diggs hosts our monthly comedy showcase featuring some of the best and funniest Irish and New York comedians, with cocktails from The Dead Rabbit, in partnership with Teeling Whiskey.

Fresh off the boat into New York from Omagh, Northern Ireland, Aaron McCann burst onto the Irish comedy scene in 2012 and has since sold out shows at the iconic Ulster Hall & Waterfront Hall in Belfast. Aaron has opened for some of the biggest names in comedy including Shane Gillis and Daniel Sloss. In 2023 Aaron teamed up with fellow comedian Colin Geddis to form “the bomb squad podcast” which has quickly become one of the biggest podcasts to come out of Northern Ireland selling out live shows together across Ireland and the UK.

Amy has toured all over Ireland, Canada and the UK. She has previously opened for Dave Merheje, Julie Kim, Shane Todd, Owen Colgan and Adrienne Iapalucci. She has featured in numerous festivals such as Just For Laughs Vancouver, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Electric Picnic, Galway Comedy Festival, Bray Comedy Festival and Groove in the Wild. Amy runs her own monthly dog friendly comedy show 'Big Dog Energy' to sold out audiences in Vancouver.

Shatha Yas is a comedian, writer, and director born and raised in Palestine, and based in New York City. After working in foreign policy for 10 years, Shatha can now be seen performing standup and producing comedy shows and films around NY. In 2022, her solo show – I Did Something in Palestine – was selected for the inaugural SoHo Playhouse Lighthouse Series. 

It’s a craicing line-up celebrating the vast and varied talents of home - back in Ireland, and right here in New York City. Tickets are $30*, with doors from 6pm, and showtime from 7pm - 9pm.
