It's offically an annual tradition to smoke turkeys at Trailhead on Thanksgiving! Grab yours on Thanksgiving day and impress your in laws with a delicious smoked turkey from Gato Peligroso! Our smoker holds a dozen turkeys so make sure to reserve yours before they sell out! Turkeys will weigh appx 14-15 lbs uncooked and should easily feed 8+ people. IMPORTANT: pickup time will be on Thanksgiving day between 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Please arrive within the alloted time frame as we have our own Thanksgiving plans in the afternoon!
